File prep, DFM check & nesting
We accept DXF, DWG, STEP and PDF — DXF preferred, as it imports as clean vector geometry with no interpretation. Before cutting we flag internal radii tighter than the material can hold, undersized holes, and open contours, then nest your parts across the sheet to maximise yield from every 1500×3000mm plate.
Fibre laser cutting
The 3kW source focuses to a fine spot and cuts a kerf of roughly 0.1–0.25mm, holding ±0.1mm on profile dimensions. Assist gas is matched to the material: oxygen for thicker mild steel, high-pressure nitrogen for stainless and aluminium so the edge stays bright and oxide-free rather than scaled.
Edge quality & QC inspection
Cut parts are checked against the drawing for dimension, squareness and dross. Nitrogen-cut stainless and aluminium come off weld- and paint-ready; first-article dimensions are verified before a batch is released to run.
Deburr & finishing
Fibre cutting leaves near burr-free edges on most gauges, but where a job calls for it we deburr and knock back sharp arrises so parts are safe to handle and ready for powder-coat, plating or assembly.
Combined press-brake bending (optional)
Because our CNC press brake sits in the same building, a flat profile can go straight from the laser to bending as one single-source order — no shipping flat blanks to a second vendor, no stacked lead times, one point of accountability for the finished part.

Parts are edge-protected, batched and labelled to your PO. Standard lead time is 7–14 business days; rush jobs run 3–5. Cutting is priced from ₹300 per metre of cut path, quoted per drawing.
